Decrypt some ciphertext using poseidon encryption

the ciphertext to decrypt

key​

EncryptionKey<bigint>

the key to decrypt with

nonce​

bigint

the nonce used to encrypt

length​

number

the length of the plaintext

Returns​

PlainText<bigint>

the plaintext
